Shannon Beador Confirms Her ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ Return (Exclusive)
'I want to be as authentic as possible and I'm going to show what I've gone through,' Shannon Beador tells The Messenger of returning to 'RHOC'
Shannon Beador says she's holding onto her orange for Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
While stepping out to support new episodes of Amazon Freevee's Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis, Beador confirmed she will be returning to Bravo in 2024 despite her recent DUI and hit-and-run arrest.
"I'm coming back," she exclusively told The Messenger at The Sunset Tower Hotel. "I will be back for Season 18. I am excited. I want to be as authentic as possible and I'm going to show what I've gone through. I'm picking myself up and I'm gonna become a better person from it."
While she admitted it's "been a rough couple of weeks" with her ex-boyfriend John Janssen allegedly moving on with former RHOC star Alexis Bellino, Beador described herself as "strong" and able to "get through whatever I need to do."
She's also trying to put herself first as she begins a new chapter. With help from Dr. Tim Ramirez, Beador is working out and trying to feel her best self amid various public complications, including her September arrest for DUI.
"It's called, 'a lot of stress in the last few months' diet, but I've been working very hard," she said when asked about her fitness transformation. "I've made a lot of mistakes in the last few months, so I've been working hard on trying to transform myself and become a healthier person."
One person she has in her corner is longtime friend Jeff Lewis. Before celebrating the Season 2 launch of Hollywood Houselift, the interior designer praised Beador for taking care of herself.
