Nearly 20 years later, Jigsaw is still making us scared to go to the movies.

In the latest promo for the long-overdue Saw X, the horror franchise's creepy mascot rolls into a movie theater with a hilarious monologue parodying Nicole Kidman's now-iconic AMC ad.

"We come to this place for a reawakening," says the computerized voice of Jigsaw star Tobin Bell in a voiceover. "We come to the theaters to scream, to beg, to play."

The marionette rides his signature red tricycle into the theater, where a table of torture devices lines the hallway. He then takes his seat in front of the screen, which teases a gory glimpse at the upcoming 10th installment.

"Somehow, self-amputation feels good in a place like this. Traps — they make movies better," adds Jigsaw in reference to Kidman's quotable promo celebrating theaters re-opening amid the COVID pandemic.

Set between the events of the original 2004 movie and its 2005 sequel, Saw X sees John Kramer (aka Jigsaw) travel to Mexico in hopes of miraculously curing his cancer, only to find out he's been targeted in a fraudulent scheme. Who better to devise a punishment than the twisted genius serial killer?

Saw X premieres Sept. 29 in theaters.
