Nina Agdal has filed a "revenge porn" lawsuit against Dillon Danis ahead of his fight with Logan Paul.

Attorneys for the supermodel filed the lawsuit Wednesday in U.S. District Court in New Jersey, alleging the MMA fighter violated the federal revenge-porn statute, known as the 2022 Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization. They're also claiming invasion of privacy for his posting of "a nonconsensual, sexually explicit photograph" of Agdal to "millions of social media users in the course of a relentless, ongoing campaign of cyber harassment and bullying against her."

The lawsuit, which has been obtained by The Messenger, states the harassment started in early August on Danis' accounts on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram, noting that it spun out of his feud with Agdal's fiancé, Paul, who is scheduled to meet Danis in a boxing match in October.

"Danis has attacked [Agdal] through hundreds of posts containing vulgar and disparaging pictures, memes, and comments about her," the suit says. It also alleges that Danis "obtained and posted" to his X account "a sexually explicit photograph of [Agdal] that was taken and shared, without her consent, during a romantic encounter with a non-party more than a decade ago."

According to the lawsuit, Danis' offensive posts have been viewed more than 2 billion times, rewarding him for his "despicable conduct" that has caused Agdal to "suffer humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm."

Additionally, the suit states that Danis has never met nor spoken to Agdal, but has nonetheless made her "the primary target of his attacks against Paul." In doing so, it alleges that Danis has made hundreds of crude posts in which he's called Agdal a "whore," a "slut" or other disparaging news.

It details several of Danis' posts on X, including some of which he allegedly photoshopped his face into to make it appear that he and Agdal had a sexual relationship.

The suit also claims that Danis hacked into Agdal's Snapchat account to find a six-year-old self-recorded video in which she talked about "her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy." It alleges that Danis shared the private video, and it has now been viewed more than 135 million times.

The most serious allegation made in the lawsuit says Danis obtained a more than 10-year-old sexually explicit photo of Agdal without her consent and posted it to his X account in August. The suit claims that Danis later reposted the photo, featuring full-frontal nudity and only deleted it after he was contacted by promoter Misfits Boxing, which allegedly threatened to cancel his fight with Paul unless he complied. Yet the photo was allegedly viewed hundreds of thousands of times, saved and re-shared before it was deleted.

Agdal is seeking a jury trial and no less than $150,000 for each violation of the revenge-porn statute, as well as other damages, attorney fees and costs.

Additionally, a hearing regarding Agdal's request for a temporary restraining order against Danis is set for Sept. 12.
