Here’s the Truth About NeNe Leakes Possibly Returning to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ (Exclusive)
Despite speculation that NeNe Leakes could be coming back to the Bravo show, a source tells The Messenger 'there have been no talks'
It's time to put a "bloop" in the rumors surrounding NeNe Leakes' possible return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Despite speculation on the Internet that the reality star could be returning to the Bravo show she helped launch, a source exclusively tells The Messenger, "There have been no talks of returning."
Whispers of a possible return started when Leakes removed posts on social media about her recent interview on Bethenny Frankel's podcast. In their sit-down, the Real Housewives alumni shared their experiences working with Bravo.
As for why Leakes removed posts about her podcast appearance, the source says, "It meant nothing. She was just cleaning up her feed."
Leakes made quite an impression on fans when she appeared in the first seven seasons of RHOA. But after leaving to focus on other projects, the reality TV star began to share criticisms of the series.
"I often look at them and say that everybody on there is making sh-- up," Leakes recently shared on Frankel's Just B podcast about the current cast. "When we entered, we were so good because we were real. It was authentic. We were real. Now everybody has a fake boyfriend, a fake everything. Everything is fake, everything. They have all these stories they made up."
Leakes also made headlines after she filed a discrimination lawsuit against the network and Andy Cohen last April. She later dropped the suit.
