Morgan Wallen Recruits Eli and Peyton Manning to Announce New Tour
The country star announced North American tour dates from April through August 2024
Morgan Wallen is announcing a new tour — with help from some rather famous impersonators.
In a new video shared to social media Tuesday, Wallen announced his 2024 "One Night At A Time Tour," and the country star was joined up former NFL quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning — and their wigs.
In the clip, Peyton, donning a wig similar to Wallen's iconic mullet hairstyle, hums "Last Night," before picking up the phone with the musician on the other end. Wallen instructs Manning to follow the rules for the video, including no "dressing up, no singing and do not over do it with the bad jokes." Eli joins in shortly after, announcing the tour to Wallen's fans.
This new announcement includes 10 dates, kicking off on April 4, 2024 at Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium. The run ends Aug. 8, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Wallen will be joined by openers including Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Bailey Zimmerman, Jon Pardi, Nate Smith, Bryan Martin, Lauren Watkins and Ella Langley.
"Been one of the best years for me and my music so we're gonna run it back.. same tour name, staying on this album and many more cities to visit.. I've got plans in mind to still single Cowgirls, Man Made A Bar and who knows maybe 98 Braves," Wallen wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "Let's keep this thing going."
Additionally, in the video's caption, the country singer announced that he has a new song dropping Friday on Thomas Rhett's greatest hits album.
