Mira Sorvino is going after the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy for Season 32 of Dancing With the Stars. But will her Romy and Michele's High School Reunion costar Lisa Kudrow join her for a number?

Speaking exclusively to The Messenger at The Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS fundraising gala on Thursday, Sorvino's dance partner, DWTS pro Gleb Savchenko, teased a Romy and Michele moment in the forthcoming season.

"Well, we've got to get there first," he said. "It's not happening the first couple of weeks. So hopefully by week like six [or] seven, we'll recreate that."

As for whether Kudrow, who starred in the 1997 film alongside Sorvino, will make a cameo, Savchenko said it's not completely out of the question.

"I know we've talked about it, but [Mira] said, 'I'll reach out, I'll reach out.' I'll see what happens," he said.

As for how Sorvino is prepping to take the dance floor, Savchenko had nothing but good things to say about the actress.

"She's doing great. We are working super hard. She's an amazing person," he told The Messenger. "Every day I'm learning, getting to know something different, and I have a ton of questions about her movie career and everything."

He shared that he just appeared in his first movie alongside Danica McKellar that should be released in October, and he asked Sorvino for tips.

"I'm like, I need some acting tips," he continued. "I'll teach you dancing; you're going to teach me acting."

Savchenko also opened up about the DWTS premiere possibly being delayed as celebrities exit the competition due to the ongoing writers' and actors' strikes.

"We are just fingers crossed that everything's going to be okay. And on Sept. 26, on Tuesday, we're live from Hollywood. That's [when] we're all one. That's what we all expect, and because everyone's been working so hard, everything is ready. We are ready to go."

He added, "It's an amazing season, and we have an amazing show. The first week's going to be amazing, so hopefully it's all going to be resolved, and we just continue."

Veep star Matt Walsh is one of the celebrities who have dropped out in a sign of solidarity with the Writers Guild of America.

Savchenko said he was shocked about the decision, adding, "Hopefully everything's going to be fine, and we're going to go back. Yeah, it's kind of crazy."

At the gala, Earvin "Magic" Johnson and his wife Cookie Johnson were awarded with the Elizabeth Taylor Commitment to End AIDS Award. Gladys Knight also performed at the event.
