Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd are facing a lawsuit from two former bartenders at their TomTom restaurant.

According to court documents obtained by The Messenger, two staffers allege they were wrongfully terminated from the West Hollywood restaurant and bar after seven months of employment (Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz are junior partners in the establishment).

The complaint alleges that Vanderpump and Todd "discriminated, retaliated and wrongfully terminated" the two workers "in retaliation for reporting labor code and OSHA violations" to their superiors.

The former employees also claim that the couple violated California labor codes by failing to provide "proper rest periods."

As for allegations of defamation, one of the former TomTom staffers alleges Vanderpump and Todd "published false statements and comments to numerous third parties" about his profession, reputation and character.

That same staffer further claimed that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple "blacklisted" him by allegedly "defaming him to future employers."

The Messenger has reached out to Vanderpump and Todd for comment.

Amid the legal matter, the Bravo star's business opportunities continue to expand in 2024. Her upcoming Hulu series Vanderpump Villa will explore her staff's reality at Vanderpump's French countryside estate, Chateau Rosabelle.

She is also expected to open up another restaurant in Las Vegas when Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo opens this summer.
