‘Summer House’ Star Lindsay Hubbard Still ‘Really Heartbroken and Angry’ After Carl Radke Split: Source (Exclusive)

Lindsay Hubbard is "still really heartbroken and angry" with ex-fiancé Carl Radke after he suddenly called off their engagement last month, a source exclusively tells The Messenger. 

"She is trying to figure out her next steps to move forward and gain closure, but knows that time will heal and looks forward to that day," the insider says before going into detail about the Summer House star's recent girls' trip to the Bahamas' Baha Mar in Nassau.

"She truly was all smiles all weekend and absolutely glowing. She took photos with fans at the resort, stayed close with all of her girls and everyone made sure at all times that she was having a blast, which she deserves!" the source continues. "Of course, there were emotional moments, but Lindsay has such a tight circle of friends that they know how to help her get through her darkest times and she isn't afraid to lean on them."

A source previously told The Messenger that the Hubb House PR founder was "blindsided" after Radke called off their engagement on camera near the end of August. 

In a September email sent to wedding guests obtained by The Messenger, Radke confirmed the former couple's engagement was off. 

"The fact of the matter is Lindsay is devastated and I'm crushed with how all this transpired," he wrote in part. "I graciously ask for some patience and grace to heal and recover while we navigate this extremely difficult time."

Days later, Hubbard broke her silence in a lengthy statement posted to Instagram. 

"My entire life and future was ripped out from underneath me and I've had a hard time making sense of it all - with no answers or closure on why," she wrote. "I feel humiliated by how it went down, and simultaneously heartbroken that it happened in the first place. My trust has been betrayed, and coming to terms with that has been difficult for me. This was not my decision, and I do not agree with quitting a relationship (at this level) without trying everything possible first." 

The reality stars' engagement was featured during Season 7 of Summer House, with Radke getting down on one knee and popping the question to his Bravo co-star during a beach picnic right before sunset in August 2022.
