He later challenged the critics accusing him of being pro-Satan in a website update. "Has the DEVIL-WORSHIPPING pop-artist finally been sacrificed to HIS MASTER?" it read. "WHY is he SECLUDING HIMSELF???? What is he PREPARING FOR? This site will answer ALL THESE QUESTIONS AND MORE!!!... We will find Montero, and WE WILL SAVE HIM BY RETURNING HIS HEART TO J.CHRIST'S LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

On Jan. 3, he shared an update on the track. "New song and visual next week! – Official art dropping soon," he wrote.

It's unclear what topics Lil Nas X's upcoming documentary will tackle besides his tour.
