Kim Kardashian Reveals Secret Tattoo She Got After Hosting ‘SNL’

Kim Kardashian is rocking some ink. On the newest episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, the SKIMS creator revealed that she actually got a secret tattoo after hosting Saturday Night Live in October 2021.

While chatting with hairstylist Chris Appleton about his April 2023 nuptials with Lukas Gage, Kardashian suggested that the group get tattoos after the Las Vegas ceremony. But she resisted getting one herself — until Appleton brought up the hidden design on her lip.

While turning to the camera, Kardashian admitted, "You guys, something you don't know about me," before showing off an infinity sign on the inside of her lip.

"The night of SNL, when I hosted SNL, me and all my friends got matching tattoos. Everyone got them on their hands, and I was like, 'There's not a shot I'll get a tattoo,'" she recalled, before archival footage showed the mother-of-four getting the design. "But, I finally put a bumper sticker on a Bentley."

In the 2021 vlog, Kardashian further explained her reasonings for the ink, saying, "This is how you celebrate SNL — with a little tattoo at 4:30 in the morning."

However, while speaking with Appleton, Kardashian made it clear that the tattoo has been kept under wraps for the past two years, adding, "But no one knows. No one sees it. I forget. But everyone once in a while, I'll be flossing my teeth and I'll see black, and I'll [gasp]."

Ultimately, the cameras didn't follow if Kardashian and her pals got any more ink after Appleton and Gage's wedding. They did, however, capture everything leading up to the romantic ceremony, including Kardashian flying the group out on her private jet and a serenade from country singer Shania Twain. Plus, Kardashian officiated the nuptials at Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel — which just so happens to be where Kardashian married her first husband, music producer Damon Thomas.

Wedding guests then attended Usher's residency in the city; however, later in the episode, Kardashian returned to see the concert once again, this time with sister Khloé Kardashian, whose feelings were hurt that she wasn't invited the first time around.

Elsewhere in the episode, matriarch Kris Jenner surprised daughter Kendall Jenner with a party for her newborn horse; the momager also pranked Khloé by installing holograms of herself in Khloé's house. In the preview for next week's episode, Khloé's ex Tristan Thompson sits down with sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner to discuss his past infidelities, telling Kourtney he feels "disgusting the next day" after he cheats.
