Joy Behar Calls Trump a ‘Racist’ and ‘Sociopath,’ Warns Young Voters About Supporting Him

On Tuesday's episode of 'The View,' Joy Behar criticized the recent behavior of former President Donald Trump and Nikki Haley's failure to address it

Joy Behar had no problem giving both Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley and the young voters of America a piece of her mind.

On Tuesday's episode of The View, Behar began by disagreeing with Haley's recent criticism of President Joe Biden's speech at the AME Church in South Carolina, where nine Black people were killed in a racially motivated shooting in 2017.

Haley called it "offensive" to give a "political speech" at the location.

"By all means, let’s go after Joe Biden when in your own backyard you say nothing about Trump," Behar said of Haley. "We all know he’s a racist. I mean, he was endorsed by the KKK."

Behar pointed to Donald Trump's history of alleged racial discrimination, which resulted in a 1973 lawsuit against the future president.

"When she’s accusing Biden of racism, [Trump] wouldn’t allow Black people to live in his miserable buildings with his name plastered all over it," Behar continued. "He’s the racist. Don’t go after Biden. Go after your own backyard, missy."

Behar then turned her attention to young voters, with whom Biden has had an increasingly difficult time drumming up support.

"These young people don’t understand a lot of things because they’re young," Behar said. "I don’t know what happened before my time as much as I know in my lifetime."

According to a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll released last week, Trump leads Biden 37%-33% amongst voters 35 and younger.

"What they have to understand, these kids, is that we’ve never had a sociopath running for president in this country before!" Behar argued. "We never had that before. This is something new."
