It seems as though Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are dropping their divorce case as they seek to handle their split outside of court.

Following four days of mediation with Turner, Jonas filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution of marriage on Wednesday in Miami-Dade County Court records obtained by The Messenger. The paperwork notes that the co-parents "continue to pursue an amicable resolution of all issues" regarding their dissolution and custody agreement.

According to the filing, Jonas and Turner have "engaged in mediation and intend to engage in further mediation" without involving the court.

Judge David Young granted Jonas an order of abatement, which pushes their Dec. 14 hearing to Jan. 31, 2024, during which time either party can opt to reactivate the case.

Attorneys for the exes previously told The Messenger they filed a motion "vacating all deadlines and trial dates submitted herewith," adding: "The parties believe that an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming."

Additionally, the former couple has also reached a custody agreement for their daughters Willa and Delphine.

The Jonas Brothers singer first filed for divorce from the Game of Thrones actress last month in Miami, stating that their marriage was "irretrievably broken" after four years.

Jonas and Turner then shared a joint statement: "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy and our children."
