Jimmie Allen Sued for Sexual Assault from Second Accuser Who Claims He Recorded Her
The country music star — who was sued for sexual assault by his former manager last month — is now being sued by a second accuser
Country music star Jimmie Allen is being sued for sexual assault by a new accuser nearly a month after the singer's former manager accused him of rape and repeated sexual abuse.
In the new lawsuit, the woman — who is identified as "Jane Doe 2" — alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Allen and recorded without her knowledge during a trip to Las Vegas in July 2022.
According to the complaint, Jane Doe 2 — who met the country star on a plane in May 2022 — and Allen "spoke, engaged in Facetime conversations, and exchanged text messages several times per day, during which time Allen led Plaintiff to believe he was currently separated from his wife [Alexis Gale], he loved Plaintiff, he wanted to marry her and have children with her, and he thought she would be a good stepmother for his children."
Jane Doe 2 agreed to meet Allen in Las Vegas, under the circumstance that she would have a separate hotel room, according to the complaint.
While waiting for her hotel room, the accuser "willingly joined Allen in the bedroom" at the hotel and consented to having intercourse with him, but under the condition that he would "respect her request," and not "ejaculate inside her."
"Yet, as their encounter progressed, Allen penetrated Plaintiff during sex with his penis and without a condom. Allen told Plaintiff he wanted to get her pregnant. Plaintiff said no... He refused," the complaint reads.
"Allen sexually assaulted Jane Doe 2 in his hotel room and then passed out," the complaint reads. "Extremely upset by the assault, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the hotel room when she discovered that Allen had surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event."

The accuser took the cell phone, turned it into the police when she returned home, and made a police report, according to the complaint.
Jane Doe 2 — who is suing Allen, his bodyguard (who escorted her to the room with Allen), as well as the company that was employing the bodyguard — says Allens' actions have caused her to "suffer extreme emotional distress, including anxiety and depression," as well as affected her relationships and ability to trust.
Last month, Allen's former manager (identified in a lawsuit as "Jane Doe") sued him for allegedly sexually assaulting her during a work trip in Los Angeles ahead of the Grammy-nominated singer's appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in May 2021.
Though he denied the allegations, Allen claimed that their relationship was consensual. Variety was the first to report the news.
"It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever. I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years," Allen told The Messenger in a May statement. "During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely."
He continued: "Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I've worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation."
Nearly a month prior, the singer announced that he and his wife of three years, Alexis Gale, were separating — and expecting their third baby — in a statement posted to Instagram on April 21. They also share children Zara James and Naomi Bettie.
"After much thought and reflection in recent months, Lex & I have made the decision to separate," Allen wrote. "As we navigate this life change, we can also share that we will be welcoming another child together later this year."
He continued: "Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy and loved, and we remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another. In light of our growing family, we respectfully request privacy during this time."
On Friday, attorney for Jane Doe and Jane Doe 2, Elizabeth Fegan, released a statement regarding the newest lawsuit.
“Since Jane Doe filed her case last month, we've heard from others who share similar experiences," the statement reads. "Jane Doe 2's filing demonstrates to me that there is a vivid, distinct pattern of behavior. We intend to show it's a pattern of deceit, manipulation, and ultimately of force.
The law is clear — anyone who has given consent in sexual activity has the
right and the ability to revoke consent at any time. Just as no means no, stop
means stop. If one participant doesn't stop, it is sexual assault."
The Messenger has reached out to Allen's attorney, but has not yet heard back.
