Jeremy Allen White has agreed to daily alcohol testing in order to get joint custody of his two daughters.

Addison Timlin filed for divorce from the Bear star in May after nearly four years of marriage. The couple shares daughters Ezer, 4, and Dolores, 2.

According to legal documents obtained by The Messenger, White will be allowed to spend time with his children if he uses a Soberlink device to prove he is not intoxicated around them.

Soberlink is an at-home alcohol monitoring device that automatically sends results in real time to designated individuals.

White has to test himself twice daily on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as well as once daily on the other days of the week, the docs state. The testing must be done in a specific time window.

The Shameless alum is also required to attend individual therapy at least once per week and two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week, per the documents.

The Messenger has reached out to reps for White and Timlin, but did not immediately hear back.

White and Timlin met on the set of the 2008 film Afterschool before marrying in October 2019.
