Jason Tartick is officially moving on — and moving out — from life with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

The former Bachelorette contestant has packed up and moved into a new home after splitting with fiancée Kaitlyn Bristowe last month, and he showed off his new digs on Instagram Thursday.

As he explained, his fresh start comes with plenty of household needs.

"I am kindly begging you to influence me," Tartick joked while sitting on the floor of his new Nashville home. "I clearly need a kitchen table but what are the brands, products, rugs, utensils, glassware, tvs, art, designers…sh–…you can even say 'scrub daddys' that I need to have!?!"

Tartick concluded, "If it should be part of the new home, tell me in the comments. About to give Martha Stewart a run for her money."

The move comes just over a month after he and Bristowe announced their split.

"After sharing the news with family and close friends first, and taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement," the couple shared in a joint statement on Instagram. "We are thankful for all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate."

Tartick and Bristowe began dating in late 2018 after she ended her engagement to Shawn Booth, whom she chose on her season of The Bachelorette in 2015. Tartick had previously appeared on Becca Kufrin's 2018 season of The Bachelorette.

After the couple announced their split, Tartick admitted he was having a difficult time moving on.

"There's times where you have these just tidal waves of depression," he said on his Trading Secrets podcast, "but then there are these times where you feel lifted and you feel good again. It's just this back-and-forth flood of emotions."

Tartick continued, "What I'm learning is that grieving is just the whole process of honoring, respecting and having love for what was, but then also at the same time — with the same level, and if not more — honoring, respecting and having love for what is."
