Beyoncé Helps Parents Reveal Sex of Their Baby Mid-Concert in Germany: ‘I Want to Do This Right’

Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour took a sweet turn for an expectant mom in Cologne, Germany, on Thursday.

The "Cuff It" singer was performing at the RheinEnergieStadion when she spotted one fan who stood out from the rest.

In a clip shared by the tour's official Twitter page, Beyoncé asks the crowd to "give it up" for her daughter Blue Ivy, who has been hitting the stage with her mom as a dancer.

Beyoncé, standing on a platform in a shimmery head-to-toe silver jumpsuit, then tells the audience, "I want to do this right. Since the beginning of the show I've seen a sign that says, 'Do my gender reveal.' I just want to do it right."

She asks, "So do I have to open the envelope? Can somebody hand me the envelope please?"

A dancer gives the 32-time Grammy winner the precious envelope as the crowd's cheers get louder.

Beyoncé opens the envelope and simply reveals, "Girl."

"Congratulations!" she adds. "Congratulations, beautiful! God bless you."

She tells the audience, "On the count of three say congratulations," which they do.

Beyoncé then continues her concert with her hit song "Partition."

She's the latest artist to help fans reveal the sex of their baby during a show. This week, Harry Styles also helped a couple with a reveal while performing at Wembley Stadium in the U.K. The couple found out they were also having a girl.
