Former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day is "happy" that Sean "Diddy" Combs' tentative reality TV show has been scrapped by Hulu.

Reportedly titled Diddy + 7, The Messenger can confirm that the show was in early stages of production and is no longer moving forward. It was being produced by Fulwell 73, James Corden's production company.

The Messenger has reached out to Combs and Hulu for comment.

"I’m happy Hulu did what was right," O'Day wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) about the decision. "We were all waiting. Next up."

The series was set to follow Diddy's family but was scrapped following allegations filed by his ex-girlfriend, pop star Cassie, who accused Combs of subjecting her to a "cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking" for over a decade. Diddy denied the claims but the two settled out of court.

After a new lawsuit accused him of gang-raping a teen, Diddy responded, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."

He has not publicly responded to the cancellation of his reality series.

O'Day debuted on Diddy's MTV Making the Band series, where her girl group Danity Kane signed to his label, Bad Boy Records. She's been outspoken about Diddy's alleged problematic and abusive practices and on the 16th anniversary of the group's song "Damaged," she shared how little money the group members made with fans.

"ALL your coins spent on us directly supported/support Diddy and everything he just did, not a dig," she wrote in November. "Just a fact you should be aware of next time you think to stream or buy your fav’s music. If you want to help the systemic problem we CLEARLY were just whiplashed with…look into/or ask your fav artist’s what money actually feeds them so you can help them stay healthy, and not fall victim to being dependent on any executive remaining SILENT right now in this trash music industry. PASS IT ON.”
