CJ Perry has posted an update about the terrifying infection that sent her to the emergency room.

The AEW star (real name Catherine Joy Perry) posted pictures of her infected finger and herself in a hospital bed on Monday night.

"I have been in the ER and hospital for over 50 hours," she wrote. "The infection has gotten worse and I'm going into surgery tonight. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I love you all. ❤️."

The latest update drew concern from many members of the pro wrestling world, including WWE's Natalya, AEW's Nyla Rose and wrestling legend Lex Luger, who all commented on the post.

Perry initially revealed she was hospitalized with the infection on Saturday, which caused her to miss an AEW television taping and her CMLL (Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre) debut in Mexico.

"Please keep me in your prayers I'm at the ER @vphcares," Perry shared. "The infection from my small finger has gone up my arm."

The Messenger has reached out for an update on Perry's condition but did not immediately hear back.
