Actor and former child star Adam Wylie, known for his roles in Picket Fences, Under Wraps, and Winx Club, was arrested for allegedly stealing health and beauty items from a Burbank, Calif., Target.

Local police said that the store's loss prevention team saw Wylie remove items from shelves and put them in his cart on Friday, Oct. 13, according to TMZ. He had already placed a few other items inside.

He went to the self-checkout lane and allegedly scanned only one of the many items he had picked up and then left the store. He was caught by store security once he was outside and the Burbank Police Department was called. He was cited for petty theft (the items he allegedly stole added up to $108) and released.

The Messenger reached out to a rep for Wylie and the BPD.

It's not clear if Wylie was officially booked, as his name is not listed on the BPD's arrest log for Oct. 13.

Wylie has not publicly spoken about the incident. However, his most recent Instagram post dates back to Oct. 13, the day he was allegedly cited.
