Ivana Trump’s New York City townhouse on the Upper East Side is still on the market after nearly one year. The historic home built in the late 1800s was first listed in November, 2022, just months after the first wife of Donald Trump died from a fall down its staircase.

Ivana Trump, the mother of Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., renovated the townhouse in the 1990s, and her decor and furniture still sit in the home, according to CNBC. The listing’s agent J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman was hired by her estate, and the proceeds from the sale of her home would go to her children, the outlet reported. It’s currently listed for $22.5 million, 15% less than its initial asking price.

The five-bedroom home on East 64th Street has high ceilings and multiple chandeliers on its second-floor “entertaining level,” according to the listing. The house has a “Versailles-inspired” dining room overlooking its backyard. It includes a media room, garden and Swedish sauna.
