Former Consultant to Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein Lists Napa Valley Villa and Vineyards for $22 Million
The 130-acre estate built in 1988 has hosted esteemed guests such as the Dalai Lama
A Napa Valley property with a luxury villa and Cabernet vineyards spanning over 130 acres was listed for $22 million. The property is owned by Clint Reilly, a San Francisco-based political consultant who advised the campaigns of U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi and U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, both California Democrats.
The Napa Valley estate built in 1988 was designed by England-based architect David Connor for Thomas Lundstrom, the grandson of a Swedish businessman who started the country’s crisp bread, or “Wasa Bread,” and heir to his fortune.
The property includes a six-bedroom home, pool and guest tower, according to the listing by Arthur Goodrich and Federico Parlagreco of Sotheby’s International Realty, and has hosted notable guests such as the Dalai Lama.
The home includes “expansive views of the Napa Valley,” according to the listing. Its eight-acre vineyard produces about 500 cases of Cabernet a year, according to The Wall Street Journal. The Reilly family used the home as a vacation getaway and for business retreats, members told The Journal.
