Danny DeVito’s Former LA Mansion Lists for $85 Million
The Beverly Hills estate has two separate saunas for guests and staff
Actor Danny DeVito’s former Beverly Hills mansion that just listed for $85 million is “an unparalleled gem,” a spokesperson for luxury real estate firm The Agency told The Messenger.
The estate, spanning a little over one acre, was home to the “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia” star for 21 years until 2015, when he sold it for $27 million, according to press reports. The home was recently rented by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.
The 12-bedroom, 17-bathroom compound was originally built in 1930, according to the Sept. 23 listing by Santiago Arana of The Agency and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker. Its main house includes a theater, bar, game room, wine cellar and cigar room. There are even bedrooms for staff with their own entrances.

The seller is Australian billionaire James Packer, a gaming and entertainment mogul who bought the home for $60 million in 2018.
