A $92 million penthouse on New York City’s 'Billionaire’s Row' has found a buyer, according to StreetEasy. If the sales agreement goes through, the apartment would be the priciest sold in the West 57th Street neighborhood this year.

The elite row of luxury skyscrapers began construction in 2009 and has attracted buyers from Michael Dell of Dell Technologies to former Yankees player Alex Rodriquez. The most expensive penthouse sold for $238 million in 2019 to billionaire Ken Griffin, the CEO of hedge fund giant Citadel. The priciest apartment so far this year went for $80 million, sold by a limited liability company linked to investment firm Nima Capital to an unknown buyer.

The 8,055 square-foot apartment at 432 Park Avenue aims to top that. The residence sits at 1,000 feet, according to the listing by Noel Berk of Engel & Völkers, and includes “50-mile views in all directions.” Its “centuries-old Yakusugi cedar wood flooring” is part of its design by renowned artist Hiroshi Sugimoto and architect Tomoyuki Sakakida.

The building is the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere, according to its website. It includes its own swimming pool, library, steam and massage rooms, yoga studio and a private restaurant with Michelin-starred chef Sean Hergatt, according to the listing. It also provides room service.

The seller, who remains anonymous, is listed as an entity linked to Los Angeles management group Gelfand, Rennert and Feldman. The buyer remains unidentified. The apartment went into contract Tuesday.
